At Cotton Nest, all our products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Once your order is placed, production takes between 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship from Ukraine, and the delivery times vary depending on your location:

• USA: 10-18 days
• Europe: 8-14 days
• Other countries: 12-21 days

All parcels are fully insured for your peace of mind. In the rare event that a parcel is declared lost by the postal service, we guarantee a full refund. While we strive for timely delivery, some delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
